Park Misa delivers and installs from its workshop in Gölcük, Kocaeli — across every district of Kocaeli plus Sakarya, Yalova, Bursa and Istanbul — and ships to the rest of Türkiye. Site surveys happen same-day in Gölcük and Başiskele, and within 1–2 days elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you install outside Kocaeli?
- Yes. Our installation crew travels to Sakarya, Yalova, Bursa and Istanbul. Beyond these provinces we ship the products and arrange installation separately.
- Is installation included in the price?
- Delivery and installation appear as separate lines in the quote. Within Kocaeli installation is usually included; outside the province it is calculated by distance.
- Do you charge for a site survey?
- No. Surveys are free in Kocaeli, Sakarya and Yalova. If you send the dimensions and photos of the area we can draft a preliminary layout without visiting.
- What is the lead time?
- For models in stock, transport takes 1–2 days depending on region. Made-to-order items vary by model and quantity; the quote states a firm date.
- Do you bid on municipal tenders?
- Yes. We prepare a technical file, dimension tables and product images matching the specification. Dimensions for every catalogue model are published openly on this site.
